Trinity Yoga by Jodi offers yoga for anyone and everyone no matter your experience or fitness level.  Trinity yoga takes a holistic approach to health and wellness using three closely related practices of yoga; physical postures (asanas) to increase strength, flexibility and relaxation; breath work (pranayama) to enhance the flow of prana; and guided meditation to still the mind and bring awareness within ourselves.
